Before things get to that point, we accompany you on your property viewings and, if we find a suitable property, we'll gladly provide you with a site visit report upon request, which you can use in further negotiations. If you don't have the time to view a property in person, we'll gladly correspond with the responsible real estate agent or seller on your behalf and conduct the viewing in your absence. The advantage for you: You can potentially make a preliminary selection for a future on-site visit without the hassle of traveling that much.
